Musaned is an electronic platform and a new and integrated system that facilitates recruitment procedures in an unprecedented way. It was launched under the supervision of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development with the aim of facilitating the procedures for recruiting domestic workers and increasing the level of preserving the rights of all parties. Musaned contributes to raising the awareness of employers and domestic workers by clarifying their rights and duties. In other words, everyone who has a role in the recruitment process will have his responsibilities, rights, and duties towards others clear to him.

Attach files to prove financial ability, either through bank statement or salary statement.
All attached documents must be in the name of the applicant.

The applicant must be registered in the Absher electronic system (Ministry of Interior). For more information on how to register in Absher.
Pay the fees for issuing a domestic worker visa (2000 riyals) before submitting the application through SADAD or ATM services. For more information on how to pay domestic labor fees in SADAD services.
Ensure that all traffic fines are paid before submitting the application. For more information on how to pay traffic fines.

The examination must be within the last 6 months

A valid visa for the profession of a domestic worker from the required recruitment country.
